Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic a Data Analyst with proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using Microsoft Power BI and other analytical tools. The ideal candidate will support the management team with meaningful insights derived from operational, financial, and production data to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including Production, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and HR systems.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
• Generate and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Identify data trends, correlations, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability across departments.
• Assist in forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
• Support implementation of data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or MIS Executive, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
• Tools Expertise: Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other analytical/reporting applications.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel (advanced level – Pivot Tables, Power Query, Formulas, Charts), and SQL.
• Knowledge of data integration, DAX functions, and Power BI Service publishing.
• Understanding of ERP data structures (experience with Tally / SAP / or other manufacturing ERP systems preferred).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and meet reporting timelines.
