Responsibilities

· Entire shift control and manpower management of Production departments.

· Make and Follow up Production Planning.

· Discuss with the manager for daily & monthly production planning.

· Finish product Packing, handling, and management.

· Efficient Manpower Planning & Handling – Shift planning, Shift Handover

· Utility Management & Waste management By Product management.

· Measurement of odd efficiency for all equipment.

· Operation control of ETP, MEE, Reactor, Centrifuge, Sparkler filter, Leaf filter, Nutch Filter

· Raw Material consumption.

· BMR, Log sheet, Log Book Control.

· SOP Compliance.

· Training to the Operator and helper.

· Cleaning record of equipment.

· Housekeeping in the production department.

· Material management like RM, PM, in-process and Finish Product.

· Handling Shift operation and maintenance-related activity during production.

· Maintain & follow up procedures, rules & regulations

· Product change over, line clearance record

· Handling of Deviation, Incident, and non-conformity of product.

Qualifications

· B. Tech/B. E Chemical /M.Sc. in Chemistry having 4-8 Years Experience in Chemical and API -Pharmaceutical having Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry having problem-solving and decision-making skills, Excellent verbal and writing skills, Strong analytical and organizational skills.
